基于动机行为转化的康复护理在四肢骨折患者术后康复中的应用

摘要目的探讨基于动机行为转化的康复护理在四肢骨折患者术后康复中的应用效果。方法选取2018年5月至2020年6月于江苏省人民医院骨科进行四肢骨折手术后康复护理的80例患者开展研究。按照随机数字表法分成对照组（40例）和研究组（40例）。对照组采用常规护理干预，研究组采用基于动机行为转化的康复护理措施干预。比较两组消肿时间、住院时间、术后72 h疼痛评分、护理有效率、并发症情况及护理满意度。结果研究组消肿时间、住院时间短于对照组，术后72 h疼痛评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。研究组护理总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。研究组并发症总发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。研究组护理总满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。结论基于动机行为转化的康复护理应用于四肢骨折患者术后康复患者，能减轻手术后患者的疼痛，提高消肿的效果，值得推广。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of rehabilitation nursing based on motivational behavior transformation in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with limb fractures. Methods From May 2018 to June 2020, a total of 80 patients in the Department of Orthopedics of Jiangsu Provincial People’s Hospital for postoperative rehabilitation care of limb fractures were selected for the study. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group (40 cases) and study group (40 cases). The control group adopted conventional nursing intervention, and the study group adopted rehabilitation nursing intervention based on motivational behavior transformation. The swelling time, hospitalization time, pain score at 72 hours after surgery, nursing effectiveness, complications, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The swelling time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, while the pain score at 72 hours after the operation was lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). The total effective rate of nursing care in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). The total nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing based on motivational behavior transformation is applied to postoperative rehabilitation patients of limb fracture patients, which can reduce the pain of patients after surgery and improve the effect of reducing swelling. It is worthy of promotion.
