Abstract：Qi, blood and fluid, as the material basis of human life activities, play the role of nourishing zang-fu viscera and nourishing meridians. If qi movement is smooth, essence and blood is full, fluid is not lack, channel is adjusted, vital qi is prosperous and anti-evil, body health can be guaranteed. If the evil qi becomes poisonous for a long time, the toxin will be so violent and will destroy the body, cause the disorder of qi, blood and fluid, and the pathological changes caused by deficiency and stagnation and stasis become real, then all diseases are born and the body is in danger. At present, the theory of qi, blood and fluid and the theory of toxin and evil have been continuously enriched and developed unilaterally, but the relationship between the two has not been discussed in detail. Therefore, the author discusses the relationship between qi, blood and fluid lesions and toxin and evil in order to better guide clinical treatment.
