自拟扶正祛邪愈溃汤治疗寒热错杂型溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果

摘要目的观察并探讨自拟扶正祛邪愈溃汤治疗寒热错杂型溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果。方法选择2019年6月至2020年6月于山东省威海市中医院脾胃病科就诊的寒热错杂型溃疡性结肠炎患者120例作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和治疗组，每组60例。对照组给予美沙拉嗪，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用自拟扶正祛邪愈溃汤治疗，疗程为4周。比较两组患者临床疗效、中医证候积分和黏膜组织学评分。结果治疗后，治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组（P ＜ 0.05）。治疗后两组患者中医证候积分、黏膜组织学评分均较治疗前明显降低（P ＜ 0.05），且治疗组显著低于对照组（P ＜ 0.05）。结论自拟扶正祛邪愈溃汤治疗寒热错杂型溃疡性结肠炎能够消除或改善临床症状，促进溃疡性结肠炎的恢复。

Abstract：Objective To observe and discuss the curative effect of self-made Fuzheng Quxie Yukui Decoction in the treatment of ulcerative colitis with syndrome of intermingled heat and cold. Methods A total of 120 ulcerative colitis patients with syndrome of intermingled heat and cold treated in Department of Spleen and Stomach, Weihai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as research subjects. The patients were divided into control group and treatment group by random number table method, with 60 patients in each group. The control group was given Mesalazine, and the treatment group was additionally treated with self-made Fuzheng Quxie Yukui Decoction on the basis of the control group. The course of treatment was four weeks. The clinical effect, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and mucosal histological score were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the overall effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores, mucosal histological scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05), which of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Self-made Fuzheng Quxie Yukui Decoction can eliminate or improve the clinical symptoms, and promote the recovery of ulcerative colitis.
