Abstract：Aplastic anemia is a kind of pancytopenia disease with anemia, infection and bleeding as the main clinical manifestations. It is a common hematopoietic debilitating disease in blood diseases. Immunosuppressive therapy has a certain therapeutic effect on it, but the treatment cycle is longer, the side effects are larger, and after the withdrawal of the drug, there will often be a significant drop in blood manifestation, blood manifestation is difficult to return to normal, patients have to endure the side effects continue to take. Professor Sun Antao believes that in the basic treatment of tonifying the kidney and strengthening the spleen with traditional Chinese medicine and androgens, the method of activating blood and resolving stasis can promote the bone marrow to rebuild the hematopoietic microenvironment and restore hematopoietic function, which can effectively alleviate the side effects of immunosuppressive drugs and improve the quality of life of patients. In this paper, professor Sun Antao’s treatment of aplastic anemia has broken through the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of tonifying the kidney and strengthening the spleen. Professor Sun Antao focuses on the treatment of aplastic anemia patients with disease course of more than half a year from the perspective of removing blood stasis for promoting tissue regeneration method, and provides typical cases of effective clinical treatment, with obvious effect and small side effects, which is worthy of reference and application.
