Abstract:Objective To explore the impact of 3H high-quality nursing concept intervention on the improvement of symptoms, adverse reactions and disease knowledge in children with severe pneumonia. Methods A total of 108 children with severe pneumonia admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of the Air Force Military Medical University of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by a random number table method, with 54 cases in each group. The control group was adopted routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was adopted 3H high-quality nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The improvement of symptoms, adverse reactions, knowledge of family members’ diseases, and levels of C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin 6 (IL-6), and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) were compared between the two groups. Results The antipyretic time, shortness of breath improvement time, cough relieving time, and hospital stay of observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The awareness rate of family members in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After the intervention, the levels of CRP, IL-6, and TNF-α in the two groups were higher than before the intervention, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of 3H high-quality nursing concept intervention can promote the improvement of the symptoms of children with severe pneumonia, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, improve the knowledge of family members, and inhibit the overreaction of inflammatory factors.
