Abstract:With the continuous advancement of the medical reform work, the state has successively introduced guiding policies to put forward corresponding requirements for the construction of hospital management systems, logistics service socialization, operation management informationization, building a one-stop service system, reducing energy consumption expenditures for 10 000 yuan of income, asset management, etc., and advocated relying on contract energy management models to promote the digital transformation of hospitals. This article analyzes the practical effect of the construction of modern hospital logistics management system based on the current situation of the hospital, and follows the national guidance on the establishment of a modern hospital management system. The modern hospital logistics management model and management system of Guang’anmen Hospital China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences are constructed from four aspects: one-stop portal for hospital logistics, medical care and patients, digital management platform, management team and logistics service social management system. The practice of digital platform and process reengineering from four aspects, including security and stability, asset resources, energy consumption, and operating costs, has shown good economic value.
