Abstract:In the context of innovation-driven strategies and scientific and technological system reforms, strengthening the management of scientific research projects by medical institutions is an important support for enhancing scientific and technological innovation capabilities. This article focuses on the positioning, formation mechanism, and organizational management characteristics of Key Research and Development Programs, combined with the top-level design of the National Key Research and Development Program Projects of the Cancer Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, collaborative innovation network construction, research team training, etc., application planning, management supervision, etc. Practical experience in management, put forward relevant work suggestions from the aspects of data mining and sharing, and promote the transformation of results, and provide reference and reference for medical institutions to improve their innovation capabilities and solve national disease prevention and control needs during the “14th Five-Year Plan” period.
