Abstract:Objective To explore the law of acupoint selection of massage in the treatment of functional constipation in children based on traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform (V3.0). Methods Reverse search method was used, with “constipation”“infantile constipation”“infantile massage”“chiropractic”“infantile ”as the key words, the literatures related to pediatric massage from May 1992 to October 2020 in China HowNet database, Wanfang database and VIP database were searched. The pediatric massage prescription for the treatment of functional constipation was excavated, and the data was imported into traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform. The data mining method was used to analyze the law of the screened prescriptions. Results There were 86 massage prescriptions, involving 75 acupoints, 13 high-frequency acupoints whose frequency was more than 20. By setting the support degree as 10% or 30%, the corresponding network diagram of acupoints could be obtained respectively. By setting the support level to 46% and the confidence level to 0.9, 13 pairs of commonly used acupoint combinations and 9 combination rules were gotten. Conclusion The acupoint selection of infantile massage in the treatment of functional constipation has a certain regularity, which provides a reference for clinicians in the treatment of the disease and is convenient for its application in grass-roots hospitals.
