Abstract:Objective To analyze the influencing factors of hypoxemia in patients with thoracoscopic surgery under general anesthesia during anesthesia recovery period. Methods The clinical data of 150 patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery under general anesthesia admitted to Xinhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine from October 2019 to October 2020 were analyzed. According to the occurrence of hypoxemia during anesthesia recovery period, they were divided into the occurrence group (42 cases) and the non-occurrence group (108 cases). Through univariate and multivariate analysis, the influencing factors of hypoxemia in patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery under general anesthesia were found. Results There were statistically significant differences in body mass index (BMI), combined diabetes mellitus, surgical position, interleukin-6 (IL-6), and C-reactive protein (CRP) levels between the two groups (P < 0.05). Overweight (OR = 3.520, 95%CI: 1.770-6.999), combined with diabetes mellitus (OR = 2.367, 95%CI: 1.111-5.043), supine position surgery (OR = 2.348, 95%CI: 1.123-4.908), IL-6 overexpression (OR = 1.628, 95%CI: 1.134-2.335), CRP overexpression (OR = 3.107, 95%CI: 1.381-6.990) were the influencing factors of hypoxemia in patients with thoracoscopic surgery under general anesthesia during anesthesia recovery period (P < 0.05). Conclusion The occurrence of hypoxemia in patients with thoracoscopic surgery under general anesthesia during anesthesia recovery period is related to overweight, combined with diabetes mellitus, supine position surgery and overexpression of IL-6 and CRP.
