Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of Parkinson disease nursing care studio on Parkinson disease patients under multidisciplinary collaboration. Methods A total of 96 patients admitted to Parkinson disease nursing care studio in the First Affiliated Hospital of PLA Air Force Military Medical University from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected, and they were divided into research group and control group by using random number table method, with 48 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were performed routine nursing, and those in the research group were performed multi-disciplinary treatment. After 6 months of intervention, the self-care level, the caregivers’ nursing level, the quality of life and the difference in motor function between the two groups were compared. Results After 6 months of intervention, the score of exercise of self-care a-gency (ESCA) in the research group was significantly higher than that before intervention in the same group and the control group after intervention (P < 0.05); the difference in ESCA score between before and after intervention in the control group was not statistically significant (P > 0.05). The family caregiver task inventory (FCTI) scores of the caregivers in the two groups were significantly lower than those before intervention (P < 0.05); the FCTI score of the research group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The unified Parkinson disease rating scale (UPDRS) score of the two groups was significantly lower than that before the intervention (P < 0.05); the UPDRS score of the research group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The Parkinson’s disease quality of life questionnaire (PDQL) score of the two groups was significantly higher than that before the intervention (P < 0.05); the PDQL score of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The Parkinson disease nursing care studio under multidisciplinary collaboration can help to improve the self-care level and the nursing level of caregivers of Parkinson disease patients, enhance the motor function of the patients, and improve their quality of life, which is worth popularizing.
