Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of early intensive cardiac rehabilitation training on the rehabilitation effect and quality of life of patients with acute non-ST-elevation myocardial infarction after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods A total of 80 patients with acute non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction after PCI admitted to Huaibei People’s Hospital from May 2017 to August 2018 were selected. According to random number table method, they were divided into intervention group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given early routine rehabilitation training with standard exercise, and the intervention group was given early intensive cardiac rehabilitation training. Follow-up for 6 months, the heart function, endpoint events and quality of life were compared between two groups. Results After 6 months of follow-up, the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) of the two groups was higher than before the intervention, the wall motion index (WMSI) was lower than before the intervention (P < 0.05), the LVEF of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group, and the WMSI was lower in the control group (P < 0.05); the incidence of end-point events in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05); the scores of the two groups of patients on the multidimensional assessment scale (MIDAS) were lower than before the intervention (P < 0.05); the body of the intervention group, the total score of activity, emotional response, dependence, diet, and MIDAS was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Early intensive rehabilitation training can help protect the cardiac function of patients with acute non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction after PCI, reduce the occurrence of malignant endpoint events, and improve the quality of life of patients.
