Abstract:The pathogenesis of insomnia is mainly the disharmony of yin and yang. Due to the influence of the special physiological state of perimenopausal women, the deficiency of chong and ren and the disharmony of yin and yang are more obvious. Perimenopausal women are more likely to have insomnia than other age groups, which is a high-risk group of insomnia, and the pathogenesis is complex and changeable, the disease is lingering and difficult to heal, which seriously affects the quality of life of patients. Professor Zhou Yabin has been working for more than 30 years. He has accumulated some experience in the treatment of perimenopausal insomnia and has good clinical effect. The author has the honor to follow Professor Zhou Yabin to learn from his experience and summarizes his experience in diagnosis and treatment in order to be helpful for colleagues.
