摘要 新时代药事法规、药事监管政策以及医药产业技术提速升级等产业发展和医药职业道德教育双重背景下,推进“药德·药规·药技”课程思政协同育人具有现实必要性和紧迫性。当前高职院校“药德·药规·药技”课程思政建设在教学主体认知、课程目标、评价机制和思政资源等方面存在诸多现实问题,需要从保障机制、教师、课程和课堂四个维度加强顶层设计和协同推进,实现职业精神与职业技能同育,才能更好地提升药学类技术技能人才的培养质量。

Abstract:Under the dual background of pharmaceutical professional ethics education and industrial development such as pharmaceutical laws and regulations, pharmaceutical regulatory policies and accelerated upgrading of pharmaceutical industry technology in the new era, there is much practical necessity and urgency to promote the ideological and political collaborative education in the curriculum of “pharmaceutical ethics, pharmaceutical regulation, pharmaceutical technology”. At present, there are many realistic problems in ideological and political education of the “pharmaceutical ethics, pharmaceutical regulation, pharmaceutical technology” in higher vocational colleges in the aspects of teaching subject cognition, course objectives, evaluation mechanism and ideological and political resources. Thus, higher vocational colleges need to strengthen the top-level design and synergistic promotion from the four dimensions of guarantee mechanism, teacher, course and classroom, so as to realize the co-education of professional spirit and vocational skills, and improve the training quality of technical and skilled personnel in pharmacy.
