Knowledge graph analysis of literatures related to medicinal diet based on CiteSpace

Abstract:Objective To explore the general situation of the research on “medicinal diet” and summarize the research hotspots. Methods “Medicinal diet” was used as the subject word in the China national knowleclge infrastructure database of China knowledge Network. The time span of literature retrieval was from January 1982 to December 2018, and 2498 articles were included. And then the literatures were visually analyzed by CiteSpace, which were analyzed from the number of articles published by authors, author cooperation network, institutional cooperation network and keyword co-occurrence network. Results The top five research authors, the top 10 research institutions, the top 10 hot keywords and the top 13 clustering high-frequency keywords were obtained through visual analysis. Conclusion The number of articles related to medicinal diet is increasing year by year, the research focus tends to be the application of medicinal diet therapy. Besides, the cooperation among research institutions in different regions needs to be strengthened.
