Twelve core combinations and six new prescriptions were found. Conclusion Through excavation and analysis, it is concluded that the treatment of vertigo mainly includes regulating qi and activating blood circulation, drying dampness and resolving phlegm, calming liver yang, tonifying qi and blood, nourishing yin and kidney, which is in line with the principle of treating both symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine. Its core combination and new prescription can provide reference for clinical medication and new drug research and development.
