Abstract:Objective To explore the impact of responsibility system group management on the quality and satisfaction of cardiology care. Methods A total of 11 nurses from the Department of Cardiology, Huai’an First People’s Hospital, Jiangsu Province were selected as the research objects. The traditional nursing system was implemented from January to December 2017, and the responsibility system group management model was used for intervention from January to December 2018. At the same time, 100 patients and 20 doctors were included before and after the implementation, Patients and doctors’ satisfaction with nursing care, nursing quality scores, and the incidence of nursing accidents in the past year under different management models were analyzed. Results After the implementation of the responsibility system grouping mode management, doctors’ satisfaction scores for nursing work were significantly higher than before implementation, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After the implementation of the responsibility system group management, the patient satisfaction score was significantly higher than before the implementation, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). After the implementation of the responsibility system grouping mode management, the nursing quality score was significantly higher than that before the implementation, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The total incidence of nursing accidents among nursing staff in the past year was significantly lower than before implementation, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The establishment of a responsibility system group management model will help improve the quality of cardiology care, increase the satisfaction of patients and doctors with nursing services, and effectively prevent the incidence of nursing accidents.
