Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of long needle stabbing nèiguān combined with oral Shensong Yangxin Capsules in the treatment of ventricular arrhythmia. Methods Ninety patients with ventricular arrhythmia treated in Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Sanhe Hospital of Hebei Province from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into treatment group (45 cases) and control group (45 cases) according to random number table method. Treatment group was treated with long needle stabbing nèiguān combined with oral Shensong Yangxin Capsules, and control group was treated with oral Shensong Yangxin Capsules. QRS duration, standard deviation of all normal sinus intervals (SDNN), root mean square difference of adjacent sinus intervals (RMSSD), standard deviation of mean sinus intervals every five minutes (SDANN) and clinical efficacy were compared between two groups. Results After treatment, QRS duration of treatment group was longer than that before treatment and that of control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, SDNN, RMSSD and SDANN of two groups were longer than those before treatment, and treatment group was longer than that of control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect of long needle stabbing nèiguān combined with oral Shensong Yangxin Capsules in the treatment of ventricular arrhythmia is more obvious than that of single drug treatment, and the method is more diverse, which provides a new choice for clinical treatment of ventricular arrhythmia.
