Abstract：Objective To study the influence of predictive nursing on the satisfaction of the management of the accompany in the infection department, the rate of hospital infection and the satisfaction of nursing. Methods A total of 160 patients who were hospitalized from January to October 2019 in the Department of Infectious of Fuxing Hospital, Capital Medical University were selected as study objects. Using the random number table method, they were divided into 80 cases in the observation group and 80 cases in the control group. Patients in the observation group were given predictive nursing, and patients in the control group were given routine nursing. The satisfaction of the two groups of patients with the management of the infection department, hospital infection rate and nursing effect were compared and analyzed. Results The satisfaction of nursing management in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P ＜ 0.05). The rate of nosocomial infection in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group (P ＜ 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion The application of predictive nursing in the department of infectious diseases can reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections, improve the treatment effect of patients，and strengthen the quality of nursing，which has certain clinical application value.
