Abstract:Objective To summarize the medical service work of national female rugby team and to discusses the countermeasures. Methods A total of 82 person-time of female rugby players who participated in the national team training camp from January 2017 to July 2020 were selected. Questionnaire surveys and clinical examinations were used to analyze and summarize common sports injuries. Results Through questionnaire survey and physical examination, 566 times of sports injury were found, including 374 times of acute injury, accounted for 66.08%; 192 times of chronic injury (33.92%). The top three common injury sites were ankle (28.98%), knee (25.80%) and waist (13.25%). Muscle (42.58%), ligament (22.79%) and tendon (20.67%) were the top three damaged tissue. The top three common diseases were ankle sprain (21.38%), lumbar muscle strain (13.25%) and lower limb muscle strain (12.54%). Conclusion According to the common sports injury diseases and injury types, in the future training, through strengthening physical training and nutrition supply, timely detection of sports injury, pay attention to fatigue recovery, mental health and menstrual cycle on the influence of women, reduce the occurrence of sports injury.
