Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of Bining Decoction combined with akupotomye in the treatment of gouty nephropathy (GN) arthritis with syndrome of accumulation and binding of damp-heat. Methods Sixty patients with GN with syndrome of accumulation and binding of damp-heat admitted to Department of Rheumatology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from December 2018 to December 2019 were collected. Through the random number table method, they were divided into treatment group and control group (30 cases in each group). The patients in the treatment group were treated by Bining Decoction combined with akupotomye. The patients in the control group were treated by Febuxostat Tablets. The treatment course for both groups was seven days. After treatment, blood uric acid (BUA), C-reactive protein (CRP), 24 h urine protein, visual analog scale (VAS), and joint activity score were used as the indicators of efficacy observation in the two groups. Results After treatment, the quantitative levels of BUA, CRP, 24 h urine protein, VAS and joint activity score in both groups were lower than those before the treatment, and the quantitative levels of BUA, CRP, 24 h urine protein, VAS and joint activity scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significant differences (P < 0.05). Conclusion Bining Decoction combined with akupotomye in the treatment of GN with syndrome of accumulation and binding of damp-heat can effectively reduce BUA, CRP 24 h urine protein, relieve pain and improve joint function.
