Abstract：There are still some problems in the capacity building of public health emergency management in China, such as lack of scientific guidance and specialization, lack of professional training of emergency management for cadres. By studying abroad to perfect the training system, action oriented training method, the modular design of the training content and the way of the whole system training and other advanced practice and experience of emergency management training to explore our country public health emergency management system of cadres training method and way, thus improve the cadres emergency management ability, promote the emergency management ability of modern construction.
