After four weeks of intervention, the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and the self-rating depression scale (SDS) were used to evaluate the mood state of the two groups of patients, the Pittsburgh sleep quality index was used to evaluate the sleep quality of the two groups, and the comprehensive quality of life assessment was used to evaluated the quality of life of the two groups. Results After four weeks of intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than before the intervention, while the SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the differences were highly statistically significant (P < 0.01). After four weeks of intervention, the scores of all dimensions of sleep quality in the two groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). The experimental group’s sleep delay, night sleep interruption, total sleep time, sleep quality, and daytime impact scores were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the differences were highly statistically significant (P < 0.01). After four weeks of intervention, the scores of all dimensions of the quality of life and the total scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before the intervention, while the scores of physical function, mental function, material life, and quality of life of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the differences were highly statistically significant (P < 0.01).
