多元化非药物性护理干预对轻中度疼痛肿瘤患者心理状态及生活质量的影响

摘要目的探讨多元化非药物性护理干预对轻中度疼痛肿瘤患者心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法选择2018年1月—2019年12月江苏省徐州市仁慈医院和徐州市中心医院收治的住院轻中度疼痛肿瘤患者115例，根据住院时间分为观察组（2019年1月—12月）59例、对照组（2018年1月—12月）56例。两组均给予抗肿瘤药物治疗及常规护理干预，观察组联合应用多元化非药物性护理干预。干预2周后，比较两组镇痛效果、心理状态、生活质量及满意度。结果干预2周后，两组数字疼痛分级法（NRS）疼痛评分明显低于干预前，轻度疼痛率明显高于干预前（P ＜ 0.01），观察组NRS评分明显低于对照组，轻度疼痛率明显高于对照组（P ＜ 0.01）；两组焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分明显低于干预前（P ＜ 0.01），观察组SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组（P ＜ 0.01）；两组生活质量评分明显高于干预前（P ＜ 0.05或P ＜ 0.01），且观察组躯体功能、情感功能、社会功能、认知功能评分明显高于对照组（P ＜ 0.01）。结论多元化非药物性护理干预有助于缓解肿瘤患者疼痛程度及焦虑抑郁情绪，改善生活质量。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of diversified non-drug nursing intervention on the psychological state and quality of life of patients with mild and moderate pain tumor. Methods A total of 115 patients with mild to moderate pain tumor were selected from Jiangsu Xuzhou Benevolence Hospital and Xuzhou Central Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019. According to the length of hospital stay, 59 patients were divided into the observation group (January to December 2019) and 56 patients in the control group (January to December 2018). The two groups were given anti-tumor drug therapy and routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was combined with multiple non-drug nursing intervention. After two weeks of intervention, the analgesic effect, psychological state, quality of life and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After two weeks of intervention, the numeric rating scales pain (NRS) scale scores in both groups were significantly lower than those before intervention, and the mild pain rates were significantly higher than those before intervention (P ＜ 0.01), the NRS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the mild pain rate was significantly higher than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.01), SAS and SDS scores were significantly lower than those before intervention (P ＜ 0.01). SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.01). The quality of life scores of the two groups were significantly higher than before intervention (P ＜ 0.05 or P ＜ 0.01), the scores of physical function, emotional function, social function and cognitive function of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P ＜ 0.01). Conclusion Diversified non-drug nursing intervention is helpful to relieve pain, anxiety and depression and improve the quality of life of cancer patients.
