Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of diversified non-drug nursing intervention on the psychological state and quality of life of patients with mild and moderate pain tumor. Methods A total of 115 patients with mild to moderate pain tumor were selected from Jiangsu Xuzhou Benevolence Hospital and Xuzhou Central Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019. According to the length of hospital stay, 59 patients were divided into the observation group (January to December 2019) and 56 patients in the control group (January to December 2018). The two groups were given anti-tumor drug therapy and routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was combined with multiple non-drug nursing intervention. After two weeks of intervention, the analgesic effect, psychological state, quality of life and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After two weeks of intervention, the numeric rating scales pain (NRS) scale scores in both groups were significantly lower than those before intervention, and the mild pain rates were significantly higher than those before intervention (P < 0.01), the NRS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the mild pain rate was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.01), SAS and SDS scores were significantly lower than those before intervention (P < 0.01). SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.01). The quality of life scores of the two groups were significantly higher than before intervention (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01), the scores of physical function, emotional function, social function and cognitive function of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.01). Conclusion Diversified non-drug nursing intervention is helpful to relieve pain, anxiety and depression and improve the quality of life of cancer patients.
