Effects of the subject and intervention mode of the main body and its integration, emotional support and quality of life in patients with colorectal cancer after surgery

Abstract:Objective To explore the application of the subject and intervention mode of the main body and its integration in patients with colorectal cancer after surgery, and to observe its effects on disease cognition, emotional support and quality of life. Methods Eighty cases of colorectal cancer admitted to Beijing Shijitan Hospital, Capital Medical University from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research subjects, they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine postoperative intervention, and the observation group was given the subject and intervention mode of the main body and its integration on the basis of the control group, the cognition of disease, emotional sustenance and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The qualification rate of disease cognition of each item in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). The proportion of patients with hope after intervention was higher in the two groups than before intervention, the proportion of patients with personal belief in the observation group was higher than before intervention, and the proportion of patients with hope, personal belief in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after intervention, the proportion of patients with no emotional suppont was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significances (P < 0.05). After intervention, the physical function, role function, emotional function, cognitive function, social function and fatigue scores in the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and all scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The subject and intervention mode of the main body and its integration in patients with colorectal cancer can significantly improve their correct attitude towards the disease, and set up a higher emotional support, so as to obtain a better quality of life.
