民族药三子方防治结直肠腺瘤的理论探讨

摘要对结直肠腺瘤的研究已成为大肠癌二级预防的重要课题，阻断或逆转其发生、发展对结直肠癌的防治具有重要意义。祖国医学对其的治疗优势逐渐展现，民族药三子方防治结直肠腺瘤临床疗效显著。结直肠腺瘤的病位在肠，与脾、肝、胆有关，本虚标实，多与气虚、阴虚、湿热、血瘀相关，其中湿和瘀是影响其发生、发展及转归的关键因素。本文从中医角度深入探讨民族药三子方的组成及意义、组成药物的药理研究，认为该方对结直肠腺瘤的疗效作用是建立在祖国医学理法方药的理论基础上，并与所含药物的现代药理作用相关。

Abstract：The study of colorectal adenoma has become an important topic of secondary prevention of colorectal carcinoma. Blocking or reversing the occurrence and development of colorectal adenoma is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of colorectal carcinoma. The advantages of Chinese medicine in the treatment of colorectal adenoma gradually appear, and the clinical effect of Sanzi Decoction of ethnic drug on colorectal adenoma is significant. The location of colorectal adenoma is in the intestine, which is related to spleen, liver and gallbladder. Deficiency of origin and excess are related to qi deficiency, yin deficiency, dampness-heat and blood stasis. Dampness and blood stasis are the key factors affecting its occurrence, development and outcome. From the perspective of the composition of Chinese medicine and pharmacology, this paper discusses the significance of the composition of Sanzi Decoction of ethnic drug. It is considered that the effect of this prescription on colorectal adenoma is based on the theory of principle-method-recipe-medicines with Chinese medicine. It is related to the modern pharmacological action of the drugs.
