Abstract:Objective To study the effect of integrated doctor-patient extended medical service on sport management of ankylosing spondylitis patients. Methods A total of 94 ankylosing spondylitis patients who treated in Wuming Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from July 2019 to February 2020 were selected as objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 47 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine management; the observation group was treated with the integrated doctor-patient extended medical service. Spinal function of the two groups were investigated. Results Before intervention, there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in scores of socks wearing, bending, sitting, lying, touching height, turning, staging and physical ability (P > 0.05). After intervention, the scores of socks wearing, bending, sitting, lying, touching height, turning, staging and physical ability in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (all P < 0.05). Before intervention, there were no significant differences in scores of body fatigue, joint pain, joint stiffness and joint morning stiffness time between the two groups (P > 0.05). After intervention, the scores of body fatigue, joint pain and joint stiffness were lower than those of the control group, and joint morning stiffness time was shorter than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (all P < 0.05). Conclusion The integrated doctor-patient extended medical service has better improvement effects on ankylosing spondylitis patient’s sport management and spinal function recovery. It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
