Abstract:Objective To explore and analyze the preventive effect of action research analysis on recurrent cerebral hemorrhage in hypertensive patients and its impact on their adaptation. Methods From January 2018 to January 2020, 80 cases of patients who had the hypertension with recurrent cerebral hemorrhage were treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University were selected. All the patients were taken a random number table method divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. Control group was given the conventional intervention, on the basic of the control group, observation group was given the action research analysis. The behavior change, risk factor and adaptation status of recurrent cerebral hemorrhage were compared between the two groups. Results The proportion of patients who had a salty or high-fat diet, smoking, excessive drinking, lack of exercise, excessive stress in life, inability to adhere to regular medication, and unable to regularly monitor blood pressure in the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention, and the above indexes after the intervention in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after intervention, the differences had a statistically significant (P < 0.05). The risk coefficients of diet, medication, exercise, defecation and other occurrences in the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention, and the above indexes after the intervention in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after intervention, the differences had a statistically significant (P < 0.05). The emotional function, social function, physiological function, mental health and overall health scores in the two groups after intervention were higher than those before intervention, and the above-mentioned index scores in the observation group after intervention were higher than those in the control group after intervention, the differences had a statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of action research analysis can effectively change the daily behavior of hypertensive patients with recurrent cerebral hemorrhage, reduce the risk of recurrent cerebral hemorrhage, and improve their adaptation.
