自拟补肾活血方治疗多囊卵巢综合征月经过少合并月经稀发的临床观察

摘要目的观察自拟补肾活血方对多囊卵巢综合征月经过少合并月经稀发患者的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月—12月就诊于河北省中医院的多囊卵巢综合征月经过少合并月经稀发患者60例，按照随机数字表法将其分为两组，各30例。治疗组给予自拟补肾活血方，对照组给予右归胶囊，均服药3个月经周期。观察两组患者在月经失血图（PBAC）评分、月经周期、中医证候积分和临床疗效方面的差异。结果治疗后，两组患者的PBAC评分均较治疗前升高，中医证候积分均较治疗前降低，且治疗组PBAC评分显著高于对照组，中医证候积分显著低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。治疗后，治疗组月经周期较治疗前缩短（P ＜ 0.05），对照组月经周期治疗前后差异无统计学意义（P ＞ 0.05），治疗组治疗后月经周期显著短于对照组（P ＜ 0.05）。治疗组临床疗效显著优于对照组（P ＜ 0.05）。结论自拟补肾活血方治疗多囊卵巢综合征月经过少合并月经稀发效果显著，能明显改善患者月经血量、月经周期、中医证候。

Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical effect of Selfmade Tonifying Kidney and Promoting Blood Decoction in the treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome with hypomenorrhea and oligomenorrhea. Methods From January to December 2019, 60 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome with hypomenorrhea and oligomenorrhea admitted to Hebei Hospital of Traditional Chinese medicine were selected, they were divided into two groups according to the random number table, with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was given Selfmade Tonifying Kidney and Promoting Blood Decoction, and the control group was given Yougui Capsules, they were all treated for 3 menstrual cycles. The differences in the pictorial blood loss assessment chart (PBAC) score, menstrual cycle, TCM syndrome scores and clinical efficacy between the two groups were observed. Results After treatment, the PBAC score in both groups was higher than that before treatment, and the TCM syndrome scores were lower than those before treatment. And the PBAC score in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the TCM syndrome score was significantly lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P ＜ 0.05). After treatment, the menstrual cycle of the treatment group was shorter than that before treatment (P ＜ 0.05). In the control group, there was no significant difference of menstrual cycle before and after treatment (P ＞ 0.05). After treatment, the menstrual cycle of the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05). The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion The effect of Selfmade Tonifying Kidney and Promoting Blood Decoction on hypomenorrhea and oligomenorrhea in polycystic ovary syndrome is significant, which can significantly improve blood volume of menstruation, menstrual cycle and TCM symptoms.
