陆敏教授治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征经验

摘要肠易激综合征（IBS）是一种功能性肠道疾病，其中以腹泻为主要表现的肠易激综合征称作腹泻型肠易激综合征（IBS-D）。陆敏教授认为久病失治、情志不遂、饮食不节等为IBS-D病因，易导致肝失疏泄、脾虚不运，从而导致肝气乘脾。临证我们将抑肝扶脾、辅以交通心肾法用于治疗IBS-D，颇有良效。

Abstract：Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a kind of functional intestinal disorder, which, characterized by diarrhea, is called diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome (IBS-D). Professor LU Min believes that the causes of IBS-D are aeipathia lost treatment, affect-mind dissatisfaction and improper diet, which tend to liver dysfunction, spleen deficient, thus lead to liver qi invading spleen. In the clinical work, the method of supporting the spleen and restricting the liver supplemented by restoring normal coordination between heart and kidney is used to treat IBS-D and has obtained a remarkable therapeutic efficacy.
