Abstract：Historically, there are few comments on the lily disease in the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber, and few related discussions. After the founding of the People′s Republic of China, there have been few mentions of this article. This paper sorted out the main knowledge of ancient and modern physicians about the nature, location and legislative formulation of lily disease, pointed out the inappropriate analysis of lily disease by medical thought of later generations of physicians in their own era, and put forward the viewpoint that the pathogenesis of lily disease is pulse deficiency and invading fever from the perspective of early medicine before Jin and Yuan Dynasty medical reform, explained the reasons for the complex changes of symptoms of lily disease, and borrowed relevant contents of the early Chinese herbal books analyzed the rule of law and prescription principles of lily disease, and tried to explore the effective ways to study the ancient prescriptions of Han and Tang Dynasty.
