The scores of MAAS, CD-RISC10, and PANAS after intervention were significantly higher in the two groups than before the intervention, and the observation group was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The two groups after intervention factors Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ score and total score were significantly higher than that of before intervention, and observation group was higher than group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).
