Abstract:Objective To establish a unified diagnostic standard of chronic prostatitis with syndrome of damp heat and blood stasis in line with clinical practice. Methods In the early stage, literature retrieval and analysis were carried out, and an expert consultation meeting was held to conduct expert consultation on the modified Delphi method. Questionnaire survey was used to make statistical opinions, and analytic hierarchy process was used to analyze and discuss the methodology. Results Forty-eight syndrome elements of syndrome of damp heat and blood stasis for chronic prostatitis were determined, the syndrome elements were stratified, and the weight of each syndrome element was assigned and ranked. Conclusion The diagnostic criteria of chronic prostatitis with syndrome of damp heat and blood stasis should be clear about syndrome elements, which should be weighted according to clinical practice, and the final order should be determined after expanding the sample size.
