Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of Nao′an Granule combined with Clopidogrel in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 102 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were admitted to Hefei First People′s Hospital from January 2017 to June 2019 were selected, they were divided into the control group (Clopidogrel treatment) and the study group (Na′oan Granules+Clopidogrel treatment) by the random number table method, with 51 cases in each group. The hemorheology index, clinical effect, serum inflammatory factor index, daily activity ability, nerve function defect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total clinical effective rate of the study group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of fibrinogen, whole blood viscosity high cut, hematocrit and whole blood viscosity low cut in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the levels of interleukin-6, hypersensitive C-reactive protein and tumor necrosis factor-α in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the Barthel index score of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05), while the NIH stroke scale score was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion Patients with acute cerebral infarction using Nao′an Granules combined with Clopidogrel therapy has good clinical curative effect, security is higher.
