Abstract:Objective To explore the application of hierarchical chain nursing method in pediatric asthma nebulizer therapy. Methods Nursing data of 80 patients given pediatric asthma nebulizer therapy in Department of Pediatrics, Huzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 was retrospectively analyzed. Depending on the type of care, the children given routine care were included in the control group (n = 35), children with hierarchical chain care nursing were included in the observation group (n = 45) on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect, symptom improvement, treatment adherence and satisfaction with care were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group (P < 0.05). The treatment compliance of the observation group remained unchanged after the treatment was prolonged, while the treatment compliance of the control group was poor after the treatment was delayed. Moreover, the compliance of the two groups at the second month was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The compliance of the two groups at 3-6 months was compared, and the difference was highly statistically significant (P < 0.01). The family members satisfaction scores in terms of hospitalization environment, nursing methods, health education, psychological intervention, nursing attitude and responsibility of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The use of hierarchical chain nursing in the treatment of pediatric asthma nebulizer can significantly improve the therapeutic efficacy, compliance and nursing satisfaction, improve the clinical symptoms of children, reduce the pain of children, it is worth promoting.
