Abstract：How to effectively manage and control the serious mental disorders in the community, prevent the serious mental disorders from causing accidents, which are related to the health of the people, the establishment of safety, and the overall situation of social stability, are also important management issues facing the health administration and the government. To this end, Zhujing Town of Jinshan District explored the establishment of a departmental collaboration mechanism, unblocked a rescue channel, opened a helpline, established an emergency rescue team, and determined a “five-in-one” community management model for severe mental disorders in a permanent parent in order to carry out the management of severe mental disorders in the jurisdiction while manages the patients with severe mental disorders comprehensively and promotes the development of mental health in the jurisdiction effectively.
