Abstract：With the establishment of large-scale instrument sharing platforms in colleges and research institutes across the country, various security problems of platforms will gradually become prominent. In this paper, the physical security, biological security, information security and other security management problems faced in the construction of the large-scale instrument sharing platform in an infectious disease research institute are systematically considered and analyzed. The solution to the above three security problems of the instrument sharing platform are discussed in depth, and the security planning and management settings in the platform construction process are elaborated involving system construction, process establishment, personnel management, information system setting and other aspects. The paper also discussed the experience and deficiencies in the safety planning and implementation process of the large instrument sharing platform of the institute, in order to provide valuable reference for the instrument sharing platform′s security planning of similar research institutes.
