Abstract：In order to meet the needs of the society for high-quality oncology professionals, it is imperative to improve the quality of postgraduate education of oncology. The new teaching model based on the standardized drug clinical researches was taught by invites teachers who have passed GCP training to give lectures on anti-tumor drug clinical trials and lead graduate students to participate in clinical work. The invites teachers guide postgraduates to use the clinical trial researcher′s manual to self-study and participate in subject management and all aspects of clinical trials. This teaching model is not only beneficial for the graduate students to receive systematic, standardized, comprehensive and strict clinical training of oncology and improve their thinking and ability of clinical trial, but also conducive for the tutor to integrate clinical teaching and scientific research. It is an effective way to promote the standardized development of postgraduate education of oncology and the continuous improvement of education quality, and is also a key link of the talent pool for the sustainable development of China′s drug research and development.
