Abstract：Functional anorectal pain is a group of non organic idiopathic pain that occurs in the anus and / or rectum. It is more and more common in clinic. Its etiology, disease location are not clear, physical signs are not obvious, and treatment is difficult. Through long-term clinical practice, under the guidance of the holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine, professor Yang Wei formulates the anal pain prescription with the pathogenesis of “impassability leads to pain” and “non prosperity leads to pain”, with the treatment of invigorating qi, activating blood circulation and promoting qi to relieve pain as the treatment principle, and with the treatment of smoothing the liver, nourishing the heart, regulating Chong Ren, adding and subtracting drugs, giving full play to the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine, obtaining clinical curative effect. This paper expounds the above experience and raises three cases.
