Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of anesthesia nursing on vital signs, restlessness and nursing satisfaction of patients undergoing orthopedic general anesthesia. Methods A total of 126 patients who underwent general anaesthesia orthopedic surgery in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected, according to the random number table method, the patients were divided into observation group and control group, with 63 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care, and the observation group was given anesthesia nursing on the basis of the control group. The changes of heart rate and blood pressure after operation, the occurrence of postoperative agitation and nursing satisfaction evaluation of the two groups were evaluated. Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative abnormal heart rate and the mean heart rate between the two groups (all P > 0.05). After nursing, the incidence of abnormal heart rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05), the mean heart rate was lower than the control group, and the mean heart rate difference was higher than the control group (P < 0.05). There was no statistically significant differences in the incidence of postoperative abnormal blood pressure and the mean systolic and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups (all P > 0.05), there was no significant difference in mean systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure after nursing (P > 0.05), the incidence of abnormal blood pressure was lower than the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of restlessness in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Overall nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).
