麻醉护理对骨科全身麻醉手术患者的影响

摘要目的评价麻醉护理对骨科全身麻醉手术患者生命体征、苏醒期躁动及护理满意度的影响。方法选择新疆维吾尔自治区中医医院2017年5月～2018年5月住院行全身麻醉骨科手术的患者126例，按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，每组63例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上加用麻醉护理，观察两组术后心率、血压变化及术后苏醒期躁动的发生情况和护理的满意度评价。结果两组患者术后心率异常发生率及平均心率比较，差异均无统计学意义（均P ＞ 0.05），护理后观察组心率异常发生率低于对照组（P ＜ 0.05），平均心率低于对照组，且平均心率差值高于对照组（P ＜ 0.05）；两组患者在术后血压异常的发生率及平均收缩压、舒张压比较，差异均无统计学意义（均P ＞ 0.05），在护理后平均收缩压、舒张压值比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞ 0.05），血压异常的发生率低于对照组（P ＜ 0.05）；观察组苏醒期躁动的发生率低于对照组（P ＜ 0.05），护理总体满意度高于对照组（P ＜ 0.05）。结论采用麻醉护理干预能够显著改善骨科全身麻醉手术患者的术后恢复效果，减少苏醒期躁动发生，提升患者的护理满意度，值得在临床广泛推广。

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the effect of anesthesia nursing on vital signs, restlessness and nursing satisfaction of patients undergoing orthopedic general anesthesia. Methods A total of 126 patients who underwent general anaesthesia orthopedic surgery in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected, according to the random number table method, the patients were divided into observation group and control group, with 63 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care, and the observation group was given anesthesia nursing on the basis of the control group. The changes of heart rate and blood pressure after operation, the occurrence of postoperative agitation and nursing satisfaction evaluation of the two groups were evaluated. Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative abnormal heart rate and the mean heart rate between the two groups (all P ＞ 0.05). After nursing, the incidence of abnormal heart rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05), the mean heart rate was lower than the control group, and the mean heart rate difference was higher than the control group (P ＜ 0.05). There was no statistically significant differences in the incidence of postoperative abnormal blood pressure and the mean systolic and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups (all P ＞ 0.05), there was no significant difference in mean systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure after nursing (P ＞ 0.05), the incidence of abnormal blood pressure was lower than the control group (P ＜ 0.05). The incidence of restlessness in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05). Overall nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion
