Abstract：Based on the practice and exploration of the mode of operation of the medical treatment alliance in osteology and traumatology of traditional Chinese medicine, this paper analyzes and discusses the natural looseness of the medical treatment alliance, the lack of a unified mechanism of rights and responsibilities sharing, the absence of medical insurance policies and the lagging construction of information sharing platform, puts forward to promote the medical treatment alliance in osteology and traumatology of traditional Chinese medicine from loose to close shift, achieves integrated development of upper and lower level hospitals, integrates the interests of all participants, build a community of responsibility with positive interaction, promotes reform of the medical insurance payment system, explores a mechanism for pooling medical insurance funds and accelerates the construction of orthopedic information sharing platform and other measures, in order to promote the healthy development of Chinese medicine bone injury medical couplet, implement the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system.
