Abstract:This paper combined the characteristics of innovative education in colleges and brought in the theory of "innovation within the framework" to construct guidelines of college students′ creative activities. A series of strategies such as orchestration of tasks, attributes dependency, subtraction, division and multiplication are applied within the framework. Through describing fusion and application of "innovation within the framework" and education of innovation- entrepreneurship among college students, this paper provides data support for innovation education in colleges.
