Research progress on relationship between long noncoding RNA and diabetic myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury

摘要 lncRNA是非编码RNA家族的一员,由于生物芯片和测序技术的发展,lncRNA虽不具有编码蛋白的功能,但其生物学作用被不断展现,其中lncRNA与非编码RNA中的miRNA相互偶联发挥作用更是在多项病理过程中产生明确效果。糖尿病心肌缺血性疾病是围术期防治的重点,lncRNA与糖尿病心肌缺血再灌注的发生、发展密切相关。本文主要从lncRNA的生物学作用阐述与糖尿病心肌缺血再灌注关系的研究进展。

Abstract :lncRNA is a member of the non-coding RNA family. Due to the development of biochip and sequencing technology, lncRNA does not have the function of encoding proteins, but its biological effects are constantly demonstrated. lncRNAs and miRNAs are coupled with each other and produce a clear effect in a number of pathological processes. Diabetic myocardial ischemic diseasesare the focus of perioperative prevention and treatment. lncRNAs are closely related to the occurrence and development of diabetic myocardial ischemia-reperfusion. This paper mainly describes the research progress on the relationship between the biological effects of lncRNA and ischemia-reperfusion of diabetic cardiomyopathy.
