缺血性脑卒中患者Lp-PLA2水平及意义

摘要 目的 探讨缺血性脑卒中患者血清脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)的水平及意义,同时分析Lp-PLA2与胆固醇(CHO)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、三酰甘油(TG)的相关性。 方法 选择2015年1月~2016年1月于沧州市人民医院神经内科确诊缺血性脑卒中住院治疗的200例患者作为试验组,另选择同时期200名健康体检者作为对照组,分别检测两组研究对象Lp-PLA2、CHO、LDL、TG的血清水平。收集所得数据并进行整理后,使用统计软件SPSS 17.0对数据进行统计学分析,采用Pearson检验分析其相关性。 结果 试验组患者血清Lp-PLA2、CHO、LDL、TG水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05),缺血性脑卒中患者血清中Lp-PLA2水平与TG、CHO、LDL均呈正相关(r=0.689、0.755、0.889,P < 0.05)。 结论 血清Lp-PLA2水平在缺血性脑卒中患者中明显增高,与CHO、LDL、TG具有相关性,是缺血性脑卒中的危险因素之一。

Abstract :Objective To investigate the level and significance of serum lipoprotein associated phospholipase A2 (Lp-PLA2) in patients with ischemic stroke, in order to analyze the correlation between Lp-PLA2 and cholesterol (CHO), low density lipoprotein (LDL) and triglyceride (TG). Methods From January 2015 to January 2016, 200 patients with ischemic stroke diagnosed and treated at Department of Neurology, Cangzhou People′s Hospital neurology department were selected as the experimental group, and 200 healthy cases were selected as control group, The serum levels of Lp-PLA2, CHO, LDL and TG in the two groups were detected. The collected data were analyzed by statistical software SPSS 17.0. The correlation was analyzed by Pearson test. Results The serum levels of Lp-PLA2, CHO, LDL and TG in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). The levels of Lp-PLA2 in patients with ischemic stroke were positively correlated with the levels TG, CHO, and LDL (r=0.689, 0.755, 0.889, P < 0.05). Conclusion The level of Lp - PLA2 in patients with ischemic stroke is increased, and it is correlated with the levels of TG, CHO, and LDL, which is one of the risk factors for ischemic stroke.
