Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of predictive nursing intervention on nursing satisfaction and negative emotion in patients with chronic hepatitis B hepatic failure. Methods 80 patients with chronic hepatitis B hepatic failure treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from August 2014 to August 2016 were selected. All the patients were divided into routine nursing group and predictive nursing intervention group according to the random number table, 40 cases in each group. The hospitalization time, nursing quality evaluation score, nursing defects score, nursing satisfaction and negative emotion between two groups were compared. Results The hospitalization time was shorter and the nursing quality score was higher and nursing defect score was lower in predictive nursing intervention group when compared with routine nursing group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of predictive nursing intervention group was higher than that of routine nursing group, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). The scores of anxiety and depression in two groups after nursing were lower than before nursing, predictive nursing intervention group was more pronounced than routine nursing group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). Conclusion The predictive nursing intervention applied in patients with chronic hepatitis B hepatic failure can shorten hospitalization time, improve the quality of nursing service and satisfaction, reduce negative emotion, when compared with routine nursing.
