脂康颗粒治疗高脂血症的临床研究

摘要目的探讨脂康颗粒与阿托伐他汀临床联合使用治疗高脂血症的效果以及安全性。方法选择2014年10月~2015年10月河北医科大学第二医院收治的高脂血症患者80例，根据治疗方法分为治疗组（46例）和对照组（34例）。对照组给予阿托伐他汀治疗；治疗组在对照组基础上同时服用脂康颗粒，疗程均为12周。检测总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、低密度值蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、高密度值蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）水平，评价治疗效果，并观察中医临床症状。结果治疗后，两组TG、TC、LDL-C均较治疗前明显降低（P ＜ 0.05），治疗组治疗后HDL-C高于治疗前（P ＜ 0.05）；治疗组治疗后TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C与对照组治疗后比较，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。治疗组总有效率为89.13%，对照组总有效率为70.59%，两者比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。与对照组比较，治疗组治疗后乏力、倦怠懒言、肢体麻木、形体肥胖、大便干结中医临床症状评分均降低，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。结论降脂中成药脂康颗粒与阿托伐他汀临床联合使用在调节血脂异常方面起到积极作用，在临床治疗高脂血症方面的总体效果优于单用阿托伐他汀，且对中医临床症状均有所改善。

Abstract：Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of combination of Zhikang Granules (ZKG) and Atorvastatin in the treatment of hyperlipidemia. Methods 80 cases of patients with hyperlipidemia treated in the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University from October 2014 to October 2015 were selected. According to the treatment methods, patients in the control group were treated with Atorvastatin, while on the basis of the control group, patients in the treatment group were treated with ZKG at the same time, with a course of 12 weeks. TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C were detected. The therapeutic effect was evaluated. The clinical symptom scores of traditional Chinese medicine were observed. Results After treatment, TG, TC, LDL-C in the treatment group and the control group were all lower than before treatment (P < 0.05), HDL-C in the treatment group was higher than before treatment (P < 0.05). After treatment there were significant differences in TG, TC, LDL-C, HDL-C between the two groups (P < 0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.13%, which of the control group was 70.59%, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, after treatment the clinical symptom scores of traditional Chinese medicine of lacking in strength, burnout lazy words, numbness of limb, obesity, dry stool in the treatment group were lower, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of hyperlipidemia by ZKG combined with Atorvastatin is effective and it is better than Atorvastatin alone, which also can improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.
