薏苡化学成分与药理作用研究概况

摘要本文通过查阅国内外数据库中薏苡化学成分与药理作用的相关文献，对薏苡整个植物所含化学成分与药理作用进行了详细的总结。薏苡含有脂肪酸及其脂类、黄酮类、酰胺类、甾醇类、萜类、多糖和生物碱等多种化合物，薏苡药理作用广泛，包括抗肿瘤、增强免疫、降血糖、抗炎、镇痛、抗菌和抗氧化等作用。通过本文，人们可以更加全面地了解薏苡，为进一步研究薏苡药理作用及其所含化合物的构效关系、作用机制提供一定的参考依据。

Abstract：In this article, the relevant literatures on the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Coix lachryma -jobi L. are reviewed. And the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of the whole plant of Coix lachryma -jobi L. are summarized in detail. The Coix lachryma -jobi L. contain fatty acids and their lipids, flavonoids, amides, sterols, terpenoids, polysaccharides and alkaloids. The Coix lachryma -jobi L. has a wide range of pharmacological effects, including anti-tumor, immunity enhancement, hpyerglycemic, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antiseptic and antioxidant effects. Through this review, people can have a better understanding of Coix lachryma -jobi L.. It can provide some reference for further study on the relationship between the pharmacological action of Coix lachryma -jobi L. and the structure activity relationship and mechanism of the compounds.
