椎弓根内固定脊柱融合治疗腰椎间盘突出的临床效果观察

摘要目的观察椎弓根内固定脊柱融合术治疗腰椎间盘突出的临床疗效，为临床治疗提供参考。方法选择2013年3月～2016年9月简阳市中医医院骨科治疗的87例腰椎间盘突出患者。按随机数字表法将患者分为实验组（44例）和对照组（43例）。实验组采用椎弓根内固定脊柱融合术治疗，对照组采用椎间盘突出贴膏治疗，比较两组JOA、ODI和VAS评分，临床效果和不良反应。结果两组治疗6个月后JOA、ODI和VAS评分均优于治疗前，且治疗后实验组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。治疗后两组治疗效果比较，实验组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。实验组不良反应发生率与对照组的比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞ 0.05）。结论椎弓根内固定脊柱融合治疗腰椎间盘突出临床效果较好，有临床参考价值。

Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of lumbar disc herniation treated with posterior spinal fusion and instrumentation in pedicle. Methods 87 cases patients received treatment in Jianyang TCM Hospital from March 2013 to September 2016 of disc herniation were divided into control group (43 cases) and experimental group (44 case) by random number table. Patients in the experimental group were treated by pedicle screw fixation, while patients in the control group were treated with disc hermetination paste. The scores of JOA, ODI and VAS, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared. Results There was significant difference between the two groups before and 6 months after treatment, the JOA, ODI and VAS scores in the two groups were better than those before treatment, and scores in the experimental group was superior to the control group (P ＜ 0.05). After treatment, the effect of experimental group was better than that in control group (P ＜ 0.05). The statistical difference was not statistically significant between two groups (P ＞ 0.05). Conclusion The effect of lumbar disc herniation treated with posterior spinal fusion and instrumentation in pedicle is better, which has a clinical reference value.
