Abstract:Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Ligustrazine Injection on endothelial function, coagulation fibrinolysis system in elderly patients with acute exacerbations chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD). Methods One hundred and twenty elderly patients were AECOPD admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities from August 2015 to August 2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy, and the observation group was treated with Ligustrazine Injection combined with conventional therapy. The forced expiratory volume in the first second (FEV1), forced vital capacity (FVC), FEV1/FVC, fibrinogen (FIB), prothrombin time (PT), thrombin time (TT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), endothelin-1 (ET-1)and nitric oxide (NO) of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the FEV1, FVC, FEV1/FVC and NO of observation group were significantly higher than those before treatment (P < 0.05), the PT, APTT, TT, FIB and ET-1 of observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05). The ET-1 of control group was significantly lower than that before treatment (P < 0.05), and the NO of control group was significantly higher than that before treatment (P < 0.05). The FEV1, FVC, PT, APTT, TT and FIB of control group were not significantly different compared with those before treatment (P > 0.05). After treatment, the FEV1, FVC, FEV1/FVC and NO of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group (P < 0.05), the PT, APTT, TT, FIB and ET-1 of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Ligustrazine Injection can adjust the endothelial function and blood high condensation state induced by AECOPD, and improve the lung function.
