Abstract：This article presents and explores three ways to cure purpura from the perspective of Haizangbanluncuiying, proposing purpura symptoms should be classified as three kinds: not coming out, coming out and coming out on blocking. When purpura doesn′t come out viscera syndrome as cold and warmth alternately, it should be distinguished to treat. When purpura appears, it is better to keep stool unobstructed and detoxicate, then expel the etiology. While purpura diffuses on blocking, it should be treated from the three Yang channels to expel the etiology of the Yang channels. From the three ways to cure purpura symptom, the drug use on the meridian, focus on protecting the spleen and stomach, choosing the proper treating method, prevention and care are presented abundantly. The internal and external simultaneously treating method on purpura extend the treatment thoughts about taking oral medicine as principle, which deeply influences on later generations.
