Abstract:Objective To investigate the influence of evidence-based nursing intervention for the patients with liver cirrhosis combined with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods From January 2014 to June 2016, 88 patients with liver cirrhosis combined with upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology of Beijing Luhe Hospital were enrolled as the study subjects. The patients were numbered according to the order of admission, then equally divided into control group and experimental group by random number table, there were 44 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, the experimental group received evidence-based nursing intervention beside of routine nursing intervention. The changes of scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups before and after intervention were observed. The difference of incidence of reheamorrhagia within half a year, success rate of hemostasis, hospital stay and degree of nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared. Results The scores of SAS, SDS in both groups were significantly reduced after intervention(P < 0.05), and the scores of SAS, SDS in the experimental group after intervention were significantly lower than those in control group, and the diffenences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the success rate of hemostasis in the experimental group was higher, the incidence of rehaemorrhagia within half a year was much lower, hospital stay was shorter, all of the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). The degree of nursing satisfaction in the intervention group was significantly higher than that of control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Application of evidence-based nursing intervention for the patients with liver cirrhosis combined with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage can improve the states of anxiety, depression, promote hemostasis, decrease the incidence of rehaemorrhagia, shorten hospital stay, increase the degree of nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
